This small group training program offers a highly personalized fitness experience in a supportive, low- pressure environment.Each participant will receive an individualized workout plan tailored to their goals, fitness level, and any limitations.With hands-on coaching, participants will learn how to properly use Wellness Room equipment, improve form, and build confidence in their workouts. This event takes place at the Enrichment Center.
