Come learn how to decorate a cake! In this class, students will learn how to stack, fill, and cover a 2 layer 6 inch cake with Swiss Meringue Butter Cream, and then learn vintage style piping techniques to decorate their cake in a cute, charming, and vintage way! Students will get to take home their desert to either enjoy for themselves or to share with or gift to a loved one!
All supplies are provided by the instructor! A $20 supply fee is due to the instructor at the beginning of the class.
Ingredients contain: milk, eggs, wheat, and soy. An allergen friendly cake can be made for an additional $10 supply fee. Please contact Kaelyn Terry at Kaelyn.Terry@williamsoncounty-tn.gov if you need an allergen friendly cake!
