Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on core muscles, while also training upper and lower body. Benefits of Pilates exercise include improved posture, better coordination/balance, increased lung capacity, improved concentration/focus ,increased body awareness, and stress management. Come enjoy a beneficial and fun hour of your week. Please bring a mat and water bottle to class.
