Join us for an interactive personal safety and self-defense workshop with Lindsey Daehnke of Strickly Self Defense. This session will include training in three key areas. Mindset: basic personal safety strategies; Myth busting some common safety myths; Skill set: Simple, effective strikes; Escapes from common grabs; Planning: Understand the importance of planning for unwanted interactions; Learn the components of an effective personal safety plan.
