Introduction to Wax Building and Carving - taught by Judy Dobbs
In the class, you will learn the fundamentals of wax building and carving, guiding you through the creation of small figures, animal, flowers, or any design of your choice. This session requires no prior experience and is perfect for beginners. The class spans five hours on Saturday. Two addition related classes: Casting and Mold Making will be offered which provide a complete understanding of the entire process.
Wax will be provided for the class. Please bring an old or new screwdriver to be modified into a wax carving tool. It is recommended to bring traceable picture the actual size of your desired figure.
