Prerequisite: Completed Swimmer 4
Swimmers will master dives and swimming in deep water. Swimmers will further their Swim to Survive skills and start to develop eggbeater kick, while breaststroke, front crawl, and back crawl are further developed. Swimmers will also be challenged by interval training and sprinting drills.
