DanceDefine has been such a hit we're adding an extra pop up session for Winter Fest!

At this class, instrucotr Sabrina will get your heart rate up learning dance based aerobics moves set to great music that will enhance both mobility and strength. Come plié and chassé the day away and let the music distract you from the burn! All dance abilities are welcome to learn the steps, turns, and basic movements.

Clean/indoor shoes are required and don't forget to bring your water bottle! All equipment will be provided, simply show up in comfortable clothing and get ready to dance!
