About this event
Description
This low impact class is designed to improve joint mobility, range of motion, balance and stability. This class requires the ability to move from standing exercises, to mat exercises. The class format includes a warm-up, mobility exercises, functional strength exercises followed by a relaxing routine of stretching exercises. This is a great class to include in your strength and fitness regime. Join this class for $12 drop-in or sign up for all six for $60 and save some money!
