About this event

Description

This lunchtime bootcamp class is designed to improve muscular strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. The class format includes a warm-up, mobility exercises, functional strength exercises, and a cool-down. This is a great class to include in your strength and fitness regime.


Drop in for $12 (tax included) or save by registering for all six classes for $60 (tax included). Register online or skip the online fees by signing up in person at the North Peace Leisure Pool or Pomeroy Sport Centre.
