Yoga on the water... Take your practice to the pool. Practicing on a floating mat. Challenges your balance, focus, and core strength while creating a calm, mindful experience on the water. No shoes on the board- Must sign a waiver- Must be 18 years or older. Must have 4 in the class in order for the class to run.
