Description

Come experience the fun, refreshing, and seriously challenging workouts on our new anchored inflatable floating boards. Here is what to expect on the FREE trial day. How to safely get on and off the board, anchoring basics, and balance tricks to feel more confident on the boards. All participants must sign a waiver before joining a class, bare feet only (no shoes on the boards), fitted athletic shorts and a moisture- wicking top is recommended. You will wobble, and fall in, participants must be able to get on and off the boards. Have so much fun!
