This is a paid session class. Monday/Wednesday 6-7pm with crystal our head personal trainer. Must pay at the front desk before starting the class. Please meet in the new weight room. This class is for the advanced exerciser. The participant will be expected to be able to do squats, lunges, push-ups... No excuses... Today is a good day to workout!
