Welcome to March Break Day Camp!
Please take a moment to review the following important details to help prepare your child for a fun and successful camp experience. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to Ria Cuthbertson at 807-274-4561 ext. 1720.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Times:• Early Drop-Off: 8:00 AM• Late Pick-Up: 5:00 PM• Camp leaders will be available starting at 8:00 AM for camper drop-off.Important Note: Parents MUST accompany their child to the door of the program to sign them in with the camp leaders.• The Camp Program officially starts at 9:00 AM. Campers will have access to a variety of supervised self-guided activities between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.• The Camp Program ends at 4:00 PM. All campers must be picked up by 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, a late pick-up fee of $25.00 will apply.• Campers will have access to self-guided activities from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Location:• The camp's home base is in the Auditorium at the Memorial Sports Centre.• When entering the main doors, turn left and proceed up the stairs to meet the camp leaders and complete the sign-in/sign-out process.
What to Bring to Camp: To ensure your child is ready for a variety of activities at the Memorial Sports Centre, please send them with the following:• A packed lunch, multiple snacks, drinks, and a refillable water bottle.• Swimsuit, towel, skates, helmet, and outdoor gear for swimming and skating activities.• Running shoes or sports sandals for active games.
Camper Absence:If your child will be absent, please call the Memorial Sports Centre at 807-274-4561 ext. 1720 and leave a message.We’re looking forward to a fun and exciting day at camp! Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

6.1. PROGRAMS (1) Cancellation of registered programs (Swim Lessons, Camps, Courses, etc.) will be granted up to 2 business days prior to the program starting with a $10 administration charge. (a) Refunds will be processed according to the process outlined in Appendix A (2) After a program commences, refunds will only be permitted for medical reasons (Certified medical professional note required). There will be a $10 administration fee and any refund will be pro-rated for classes held. Requests of this type must be made within 1 week of injury and submitted to the Community Services Receptionist/Secretary for processing.
