Description
Get ready for a hands-on summer adventure at the museum! This exciting camp for children ages 7–12 invites young explorers to step into the past, get creative, and discover local history in fun and engaging ways. Campers will take part in museum tours, learn about fascinating local stories, and try their hand at traditional skills like making paper. They’ll also enjoy making ice cream, building and testing boats, and creating a variety of arts and crafts inspired by history and the world around them. To top it all off, campers will play historic games that bring the past to life in an active and interactive way. Each day blends history, STEM, and creativity in a lively, hands-on environment where kids can learn by doing. It’s the perfect place to explore, imagine, build, and make lasting summer memories!
Children may be dropped off between 9:00 and 9:30 a.m. and picked up between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m.
