Join us for a meaningful Métis loom beading workshop led by Preservation Worker Jasmine Neault of Métis Child and Family Services. In this hands-on session, participants will learn the basics of loom beading while creating their own beaded item to take home.Alongside the creative work, we’ll explore the cultural significance of beadwork within Métis history and identity, learning how these beautiful designs carry stories, teachings, and tradition.This workshop is free to attend and open to anyone interested in learning, creating, and connecting through this important cultural practice.
