Description
HIIT Spin is a 45-minute class with weights, combining high-intensity interval training with strength training, using dumbbells or other weights. The class alternates, short bursts of intense exercise, such as squats, lunges, or presses with weights, with brief rest or low-intensity recovery periods. This type of class improves cardiovascular fitness, builds muscle strength, and burns calories efficiently in a short amount of time. It’s fast-paced, challenging and could be modified for different fitness levels. 5 Weeks | February 3- March 17 *Excluding February 17 & March 10 | 4:30-5:30pm
