Each winter, Flagstaff welcomes many visitors excited to play in the snow - and we love sharing our beautiful city! Unfortunately, the increased activity can lead to more litter in our outdoor spaces. Please join us to participate in our two winter cleanup sessions, in partnership with the City of Flagstaff Sustainability Office, PROSE, USFS, and Friends of Coconino County Parks, to help keep our community clean and beautiful. City of Flagstaff is also coordinating other cleanups around town—visit their website for details. Remember to always follow Leave No Trace principles and encourage others to do the same!

  • Gloves, bags, and cleanup supplies will be provided.
  • Participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Both sessions have a minimum age requirement of 6 years old.
  • Please bring closed toed shoes.

Please be sure to register ahead of time, so we can prepare accordingly.

This cleanup session will take place at Raymond County Park - Willow Ramada.
This event is being implemented in partnership with City of Flagstaff's "Winter Recreation Cleanup Series".City of Flagstaff is coordinating additional clean up events at variouslocations. Please see the Flagstaff Volunteers Calendar for more details about these sessions.

The Friends of Coconino County Parks -The Friends of Coconino County Parks (FCCP) is a 501(c)3 non profit corporation in Arizona with a mission of supporting the Coconino County Parks and Recreation Department's efforts in land conservation, park development, volunteerism and recreational activities. FCCP provides private sector funding to benefit the parks, facilitates volunteerism and partnerships with other organizations for cooperative work efforts, and advocates for parks and open space.
