The Sole F63 is the entry-level, basic model in Sole's line of treadmills. While it may be the simplest model, it still offers top-of-the-line components not often seen at this price point. Powered by a quiet 3.0 horsepower motor, the F63 reaches speeds up to 12 miles per hour and offers 15 levels of incline, which is quite remarkable for an entry-level model. It is best suited for walkers, joggers, and light runners.

The F63 comes equipped with six standard, two custom, and two heart rate programs. Toward this end, Sole includes a compatible chest strap with your purchase to provide the most accurate heart rate reading. Beginners will appreciate the simplicity with which they can access and benefit from these pre-programmed routines. Additionally, a 30-day trial to the Sole platform is included with your purchase, providing access to thousands of live and on-demand workouts.

The F63 boasts an impressive max weight capacity of 325 pounds; quite notable given its size and cost. Moreover, the F63 utilizes an Easy Assist Folding Deck Design which makes for easy storage—a great feature for those with small spaces. The F63 also has a 60-inch cushioned running deck, which is several inches longer than most folding treadmills.

Constructed with an all-steel, welded frame, the F63 is both sturdy and durable. Outfitted with high-end rollers and sealed bearings with copper ground wires, the F63 is designed to decrease static and improve both fluidity and lifespan.

The F63 lacks the bells and whistles that more expensive models offer, however it does provide everything one would need to get a killer workout. The 6.5-inch LCD screen displays real-time stats that can be used to adjust and monitor a workout. The console comes with an integrated tablet holder, USB port, and Bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your music or watch your favorite show as you run. Additionally, the handrail button control makes it easy to adjust your workout anytime.

Are you someone who loves analyzing fitness metrics? Well, the Bluetooth technology makes it possible to transfer your fitness data to the Sole app for free or to apps such as Fitbit, Mapmyrun, Record, and Apple Health. And, as with all Sole treadmills, the F63 is backed by a lifetime warranty on the frame and motor, which is testament to its quality engineering and components.

Or take advantage of the free 30-day trial of the Sole fitness platform, which provides exclusive access to thousands of workouts.

It is, however, a relatively heavier treadmill weighing 262 pounds, so not easily moved around. But its one-step folding design is easy to use so the F65 can work in both small and large home gyms.

Despite its folding design, the F65 boasts an impressive 60-inch by 22-inch cushioned running deck which provides plenty of lateral width and fore/aft space to accommodate all different strides. The F65 is outfitted with high-end rollers and sealed bearings with copper ground wires. This serves to reduce friction which, in turn, creates a smooth, quiet, static-free motion. Easily one of the best running treadmills on the market, the Sole TT8 is designed for cardio newbies and experienced runners alike. The TT8 is powered by a 4.0 horsepower motor which supports even the most strenuous training. Training for your next marathon or your next trail run through some mountains? The TT8 mimics outdoor running, as it features speeds up to 12 miles per hour, 15 levels of incline, and six levels of decline, providing diversity to train for any terrain.

The TT8 is equipped with a 10.1-inch LCD console display showing real-time fitness stats to guide your workout. This machine comes with six standard, one custom, and two heart rate programs, as well as a community leader board for those who like to train with a tribe. Additionally, a 30-day free trial to Sole's fitness platform is included and offers thousands of live and on-demand training sources. While the TT8 falls short on technology, it does feature an integrated tablet holder, Bluetooth speakers, a USB port, and console fans.

In addition to these specs, the TT8 boasts a wide, cushioned running surface measuring 22 by 60 inches. Constructed with an all-steel framework, the TT8 supports weights up to 400 pounds. Unlike most treadmills on the market, the TT8 features an ingenious reversible deck with three-inch crowned rollers for extended use. When one side of the belt wears out, simply reverse it for added years of use.

Featuring a slat belt design often reserved for top-of-the-line manual treadmills, the ST90 stands out as an exceptional and unique treadmill for your home gym. The slat belt design is intended to improve safety and comfort, reduce wear and tear, and decrease noise. Additionally, slat belts tend to provide a better grip with sneakers, also contributing to a more comfortable workout. The conveyor slat belt design measures 20 by 60 inches and is both roomy and comfortable.

Now here is where the ST90 makes its debut as a step above the rest: It is powered by a 2.0 horsepower AC motor. I know, you see "2.0" and think that it is weak. But, this is an AC motor we are dealing with whereas most home treadmills, even the pricey ones, use a DC motor. So, what does that mean?

Direct-current motors, or DC motors, generally start more slowly and provide a direct current to power the motor. However, alternating-current (AC) motors use, as the name suggests, alternating currents to fuel the motor. AC motors are designed to run for hours at a time without overheating.

AC motors are usually found only on commercial treadmills because, well, they are a newer technology and quite expensive. But Sole has brought an AC motor to residential treadmills with the ST90. This bad boy can easily support multiple users and hours of strenuous activity. Additionally, it tops out at a speed of 12.5 miles per hour (a higher top speed than most) and offers 15 levels on incline. With a weight capacity of 330 pounds, the ST90 is built to be extraordinary.

The ST90 is feature heavy, as well. It comes with a large, 10.1-inch Android-based touchscreen with WiFi connectivity and screen mirroring. This bright and centralized screen makes it easy to view a workout, movie, or watch the news, keeping you connected while you train. The ST90 has 10 standard, 12 custom, and seven heart rate programs. However, the pulse grips on the handlebars will not provide as accurate of a heart rate reading as would a chest strap, which is not included with this treadmill. The ST90 also comes with a "free mode" which turns the motor off and essentially turns this treadmill into a manual one. How cool is that?

Other notable specs include Bluetooth speakers, a USB charging port, integrated tablet holder, and water bottle holder. However, it does not come with a console fan as do other Sole treadmills. The ST90 allows users to control both speed and incline conveniently on the handlebars with a simple touch. Given its convenience, power, and unique slat belt design, the ST90 is truly one of a kind.
