We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Saturday, August 21, 2021.
Children are welcome, however, the dog must be handled by an adult. All clients must follow directions given by the organizer. Closed-toed shoes must be worn.
NO choke chains, prong collars, or electronic equipment are permitted. No retractable leashes. A standard 6 foot leash is best. Dogs must be kept on-leash at ALL times. FOOD IS ALLOWED on the course but is not to be placed on, or in obstacles (this distracts other dogs).
Dog play and training can be lively. Occasionally injuries occur.
Please respect that ALL dogs have personal space and are in a training environment. Keep your dog under control to prevent them encroaching on another dog’s training ‘adventure’. Please give a minimum of 6 Feet between dogs AT ALL TIMES. This event is not suitable for dogs who show aggression toward people or dogs.
Some dogs may find particular obstacles overwhelming. Do not force your dog to do anything they are uncomfortable with.
It is at the organizer’s discretion to accept or refuse any dog into the course. If, at any time the organizer feels that the dog is not suitable for the course, she may ask the dog and owner to withdraw.
The minimal risks associated with our CANINE ADVENTURE COURSE, held in the controlled environment of our training area, are far outweighed by the benefits for your dog’s social and behavioral development.
