Get ready to step, sweat, and have fun with Steppin’ with SSHerese (SWS)! This beginner-friendly step aerobics class combines easy-to-follow choreography, upbeat music, and a positive atmosphere to help you improve your fitness, coordination, and confidence. No experience needed just bring your energy and let’s step our way to better health together!Equipment/Items to Bring: Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and may bring a hand or face towel if they’d like. If they already own an aerobic step platform, they’re welcome to bring it as well. Most importantly, bring your good energy and be ready to have fun!

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be issued when a program is cancelled by the Recreation Department. Cancellations made after registering and prior to the start date of an activity will have a $5.00 administrative charge deducted from your refund. Refunds or credits will not be issued if you cancel out of an activity less than five working days from the activity start date. No refunds will be given once a class or program has started. Please note that online convenience fees are non-refundable.
