Martial Arts- Karate
Ages 7 years to adult train together learning self-defense through kicks, blocks, and punches in the Korean martial art of Tang Soo Do. Students may advance from beginner to Black Belt taught by Metro Michigan Martial Arts, a family-oriented karate school and member of the World Tang Soo Do Association (WTSDA). Join to gain fitness, focus, discipline, and respect as part of the journey to self-improvement! Mandatory first-class orientation required for new participants. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing and long pants.
Please bring athletic shoes and a water bottle
