In celebration of Older Americans Month, join us for a free lunch & learn focusing on aging and wellness. We will be joined by AARP and Cumberland County Federal Credit Union (CCFCU) to talk about fraud prevention, and staff from Back in Motion, will do a presentation on fall prevention. Aging Excellence will present on how to be proactive about staying independent as we age at home. Lunch generously provided by CCFCU. Pre-registration required.
