Eel and seaweed and salmon, oh my! Take your taste buds on a trip down Maine's coast and explore the aquatic ingredients and flavors that make Maine so special. Participants will be introduced to Maine's wild and farmed seafood industries and hear the stories of local farmers, fishermen, and other producers, while tasting/sampling snack-sized local seafood products. Lunch after on your own at Taste of Maine in Wiscasset.
