Brain fitness can be defined as "the ability of the brain to learn what the organism needs to know in order to survive in a changing environment". Come exercise your brain and improve your working memory, planning, processing speed response time, and focused attention. This class will start with a short stretch associated with some deep breathing exercises. After a short physical warm up we will follow with some stimulating cognitive exercises to increase our brain activity. It will change class to class, but will include; word games, board games, card games, cooking class, group crossword puzzles, trivia games and more.
