A recreational social night for adults with diverse abilities. The group participates in a variety of enriching activities at the Y and engaging field trips within the community. Meet friends, have fun, and develop a healthy active lifestyle all while building confidence and self-esteem!No class will be held during the week of August 26th through September 1st for our Enhancement Week.
