We have an exciting opportunity coming this fall at Camp Fire Minnesota. During the 2026-2027 school year we are going to be redesigning our youth voice initiative, currently called YAC (Youth Advisory Council). This year will focus on working with Camp Fire staff and other youth to co-create the future of our Teen/Youth leadership programs. We are looking for up to 10 young people to join forces with Camp Fire program staff in small design teams over the next 7 months. Using a process called Design Thinking, you’ll get to hands-on problem-solve, brainstorm new ideas, test out real program prototypes, and co-create the future of our Teen and Youth leadership programs.
