Tai Chi Chuan:
Tai Chi Chuan is a Taoist internal martial art. It is learned within an ancient system of fluid, rounded, and balanced movements.
Practiced daily, Tai Chi will promote spiritual, emotional, and physical equilibrium.
This class teaches the form developed and made popular by Chen Man Ching, a short form of Tai Chi with 37 movements.
Beginner 1b:
This class builds upon the knowledge and practices of the Beginner 1 class. Students are expected to know the first third of the overall form. The class will continue practicing and progressing on the form but will not finish all 37 movements during the session. The teaching is progressive and depends on building knowledge and practice from class each week.
