EPRD and Active Adult Programs are excited to announce The Green Thumb, a Gardening Club for Seniors!

Have you ever dreamed of a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy nature? EPRD’s Active Adult Programs are working to make that a reality! Join us as we start the new year off right with our own Gardening Program!

Each time we meet, we will be working together to build our own Garden with flowers, vegetables, bushes, and herbs for all participants to enjoy! We will start with harvesting all of the Summer plants and vegetables, and then work on bringing everything indoors once the cold weather hits. Think pumpkins, gourds, squash, corn, peppers, and anything else we would like to grow!

All participants MUST register to participate in these activities. Registration is required only once for all 8 weeks of meetings. All supplies will be provided by EPRD and covered by the Registration Fees for participation. Please bring only yourself and a smile to participate!
