Ready to clear that technical switchback, navigate technical downhills with confidence, or increase your speed?
This women-specific class is designed for riders looking to sharpen intermediate-advanced trail skills, build efficiency, and link together different skills to tackle more complex trail obstacles. This series of five classes is structured around focused skills development followed by a coached trail ride to apply what you’ve learned. . Equipment: A well-maintained mountain bike with flat or clipless pedals, a dropper seatpost and hydraulic disk brakes is required. Helmets are mandatory; gloves and eye protection are strongly encouraged. This class will include a snack break between the skills and trail ride. Some light snacks will be available, but please bring your preferred snacks, water/hydration mix to ensure you’re maintaining energy for the trail ride. Weather can be variable, so a light jacket is encouraged as well.
