Please join EPRD's Active Adult Programs, Seniors4Wellsness, and Mt. Evan's Healthcare for an informative and enlightening presentation!
Laura Veckerelli, from Mt. Evan's Healthcare will be leading the presentation titled "Get your Ducks in a Row!". This session is all about how to have continuing conversations with your loved ones about how you want to live through the end of your life, and how to properly plan for that.
Topics will include:

• Techniques for approaching the subject with your family and loved ones
• Easing anxieties surrounding end-of-life planning
• Having in-depth conversations about your healthcare and EOL plan
• Completing Advance Directive Documentation
• ...and so much more!

This is a FREE seminar that is open to all adults in and around the Evergreen, CO area! No registration is necessary, EPRD membership is not required! Please feel free to bring your friends, neighbors, family members, and more to find out how to bridge these conversations and set up a plan with your loved ones to make that transition easily.
This event will take place in the Bristlecone Lounge at the Buchanan Park Recreation Center on April 1st, 2026, from 12:30pm to 2:00pm. Light refreshments will be available to everyone!
