Please join EPRD and Intermountain Health for Defying Gravity Pt. 1, a Balance & Fall Prevention Seminar!
Robert Hayes, Injury Prevention and Outreach Manager for Intermountain Health and Lutheran Hospital, will be leading a presentation on Balance and Fall Prevention. Taking a fun and unique spin on traditional Balance and Fall Prevention education, the goal of this presentation is to bring to light the factors that lead to increased falls in older adults, and the methods of avoiding those accidents. Tons of information, resources, and education will be provided to all attendees.
This is a free, drop-in class with NO registration necessary. This exciting and informative presentation will take place in the Bristlecone Lounge on Friday, December 3rd at 1:00PM.
