Pickleball Injury Prevention Workshop

Join this interactive pickleball workshop facilitated by occupational therapist Daria Lending of Sports and Ortho Physical Therapy in Evanston, who specializes in upper-extremity injuries - including the very common tennis elbow and other racquet-related overuse injuries.
Cover key topics relevant to pickleball including:

• Understanding and preventing common injuries
• Warm-up routines that protect the elbow, wrist and shoulder
• Grip mechanics and paddle technique adjustments to reduce strain
• Strengthening and mobility exercises that support powerful, pain-free play
• Q&A or athletes experiencing pain or early symptoms
