Join our 25-year professional public speaking coach and speechwriter (and YMCA yoga instructor) Margie Newman, as she shares her expertise to help you manage public speaking fear and stress through techniques informed by yoga practices - mind, body and breath - as we define yoga beyond the mat and outside of athletic attire!

- Fear and the nervous system
- Breathing techniques
- Anchoring through posture and movement
- Meditation and excess energy management
- Rehearsal
