Jump in and make a splash with this dynamic cardiovascular full body workout. With land equivalent intensity and fantastic sing-along quality music, enjoy the pure fun of this water extravaganza! Each class consists of a warm-up, linear movement, lateral travel, speed, group, suspension, upper body, lower body, core, and bonus tracks.
