Have you tried Zumba and been overwhelmed? This program is especially designed for the active over 50 group. Latin rhythms inspire moves to exercise the brain, heart, and all the major muscle groups. You will enjoy dancing and get a cardio workout. Have water available, dress lightly and come party online with us!
