Description

Empower yourself with knowledge, confidence, and practical skills in this holistic 90-minute Women's Self-Protection workshop. Designed for all experience levels, this session focuses on building awareness, strengthening instincts, and introducing effective strategies for personal safety.


Participants will explore:
  • Spatial & Environmental Awareness - Learn how to recognize potential risks, read your surrounding, and make proactive safety choices in everyday settings.
  • Legality of Self-Defense - Gain an understanding of the legal considerations and personal rights related to self-defense in Ontario.
  • Hands-On Techniques - Practice simple, effective physical strategies to protect yourself, using body mechanisms and confidence-based movements suitable for all abilities.
This empowering program aims to help women feel more prepares, aware, and self-assured in a supportive and respective environment.
No prior experience required.
