Description

Come join us in the Ellicott City 50+ Fitness Center for an evening of gentle yoga by candlelight. Yoga instructor, Heidi Webb, will be guiding a lovely practice of heart opening moves that will make you feel relaxed and rejuvenated as you stretch off the winter cold. Each participant will receive a shavasana eye mask during the event. We are celebrating National Heart Awareness Month and cash donations for the American Heart Association will be accepted. Limited spaces available for the event. Water and yoga mats are suggested.
