Description
Meet up with peers (and staff from Howard County Recreation and Parks) for a weekly stroll at the Meadowbrook Athletic Complex. Exercise, socialize, and enjoy the great outdoors. Participant requiring support must provide their own support staff to accompany them on the walk. Goals: increase level of endurance and develop skills for walking for health.
