Description
New! Walking Club “MOAI” – pronounced mow-eye – comes from Okinawa, Japan. It means “meeting for a common purpose” and originated as a way for villagers to support each other. Social networks have a long-term, proven impact on well-being. Here at the Ellicott City 50+ Center we want to foster a healthy social community in and out of the buildings. Come join us every Wednesday at 1:00pm for a 30-minute outdoor walk. Meet at the side entrance of the EC 50+ Fitness Center. Walk Leader: Bill Reichert, 50+ Council President (Free.)
