Detailed info will be sent to the email of the participant about a week prior to the program start – Check your registration to be sure you get it! This program runs for two consecutive weeks. Exact directions to program location will be sent with the program letter.
All equipment and bait is provided for use during the program – feel free to bring your own rod and tackle subject to approval of the instructor.
Maryland law requires anyone age 16 or older to have a Maryland Fishing License. This license must be on the individual anytime the individual is fishing. We encourage adults to purchase a license before attending (freshwater, non-tidal fishing license is currently $32/year for MD residents) but you do NOT need a license at first class. Licenses are available at many regional sporting goods retailers, or online from the Maryland Department of Natural Resources at https://compass.dnr.maryland.gov/dnrcompassportal.
