Chef Alba, renowned for her passion for authentic Mediterranean flavors, has handpicked these recipes from her family traditions. Menu: Quadrucci in brodo con spinaci (delicate handmade pasta squares floating in spinach and broth), chicken bites with red onion jam (a sweet and tangy twist on a classic), and crispy smashed Za’atar baby potatoes (herbaceous and crisp). This class is part hands-on, part demo.
