The cuisine of Sicily has modest and flavorsome dishes prepared by mothers and grandmothers who hand down recipes that we continue to prepare even today. Join chef Alba and prepare these dishes. Our menu for this class: Chicken in crispy prosciutto and oranges, bell peppers in capers and crispy breadcrumbs, cauliflower in garlic golden raisins and almonds.
