Build confidence against bullying, intimidation and fear as you join Mach Tae (kicking), Kwon (punching), and Do (the way). Come kick, block, punch and grapple in a safe, fun and exciting atmosphere. This class emphasizes self-defense, focus, courtesy, integrity, self-control and courage from an International Taekwondo Federation (ITF) licensed instructor and 2021 Karate Kong Fu Hall of Fame Inductee.
