Kinstretch: Floor Work (Level 2)

A progression from the chair-based class, this floor-based session builds joint mobility through slow, intentional movement. New positions create greater challenge, isolation, and load-bearing strength. The goal is to help your body get to and from the floor more easily and natural as your joints work together more effectively. Participants should be somewhat comfortable getting down to and up from the floor. Limited spots available. Instructor: Pat Forester
