Description
Jump into fitness! Increase cardiorespiratory endurance, balance, coordination, and agility! Class is also great cross training for basketball, soccer, volleyball and other activities. Jump rope fee is $9 and can be purchased at first class. Info: Will Dunmore, wdunmore@howardcountymd.gov.
