Description
Egyptian cuisine is the expression of culinary art created by the Egyptians. It has many culinary characteristics of the Mediterranean and a major influence of the Middle Eastern gastronomy. Dishes are varied, tasty, and colorful. Join Chef Alba as we create and enjoy Chicken Shawarma with Creamy Shawarma Sauce, “Roz Bel Khalta” (Egyptian rice with nuts and raisins), and Salata Baladi with Egyptian Salad Dressing.
