Join the Ladies of Maxxfit’s trainer for a dynamic 45-minute Abs and Glutes class designed to tone and strengthen your core and glutes using just your body weight! This high-energy workout combines a variety of exercises, including planks, squats, lunges, and targeted ab routines, ensuring a comprehensive burn. Suitable for all fitness levels as our expert instructor guides you through effective movements that engage your muscles and enhance stability.
