Description
We all have our favorite meal or specific special food we crave for comfort. Sometimes that food had a label of being not a "healthy" choice. But foods can have a positive benefit on our mood without overindulging. This class will help you understand how to best handle your food choices. Program presented by Karen Basinger, MS, CFSC, LDN.
