Join Rachel Filar, Exercise Specialist with the Office on Aging and Independence, for some easy assessments. See where you score in the areas of balance, strength and flexibility for your age. Learn about resources that could help you improve or maintain your fitness. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Free
