BrightStar Care will present an engaging in-service talk on fall prevention for members of the 50+ community in Elkridge. This informative session will focus on understanding common causes of falls, identifying personal and environmental risk factors, and learning simple, effective strategies to stay safe at home and in the community. Attendees will receive practical tips on improving balance, maintaining strength, making home safety adjustments, and knowing when to seek additional support. The presentation is designed to empower older adults with knowledge and confidence to maintain independence and reduce the risk of falls.
